"I am legally blind and my multi function printer is so easy to use using the programmes available to make documents and or simple scans I could not ask for anything more. Everything is compatible with Zoom Text which lets me use a computer by magnifying the complete screen"

I would recommend this to a friend!
"I purchased this printer in December 2012 and I'm pretty satisfied. Prints are great and photo copying plus scanning works like it should.
Although, I did have a bit of trouble with printing and copying with Eco-mode turned on. The pages ended up printing really small (2-up layout is the default layout in Eco mode). I had to turn Eco-mode off to go back to Normal. I'm also a bit disappointed with how my settings don't save when Eco-mode is activated and the printer software is NOT optimized for Windows 8 in my opinion as it hangs and freezes a lot.
Other than that, it's a great machine and I also got it for a really good price. Toner is a tad expensive however so do note that if you're willing to buy this over another ."

Cons: bad software, didn't save settings in eco-mode

Manual duplex don't work with Mac OS

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"If you ever need to print two sided mode, don't buy! The two sided print function is only available on Windows; with Mac OS, the feature is disabled and there is no work around provided by Samsung."
Cons: Did not meet expectations
