No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Dishwasher works well however it seems to only hold a thin plate/bowl/cup...it becomes awkward trying to fit a dish that is thicker then Corelle."
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
