I would recommend this to a friend!
"I read all the reviews after I purchased this dishwasher and was worried that we had made a mistake. However we own a samsung french door fridge and top of the line stove that we love and feel that samsung do a great job of making a quality product. After the first 2 uses i was horrified to see my dishes had grit still on them, they were wet and alot of moisture was inside dishwasher tub. My heart sank because we had gotten it from bad boy and i know they don't have a return policy. I decided to run it a 3rd time and decided if the dishes still weren't clean i was going to demand that somebody either samsung or bad boy exchange it for another name brand. Before I ran it my husband discovered that the top rack was on the lowest position and i had extra large pizza plates which were preventing washer arm from moving around. He raised the top rack to highest position and I ran it on smartwash auto......We waited until it was done and to my surprise everything was sparkling clean and dry no moisture in tub. I ran it again the next day and same result. I have had it for 2 weeks now and I am in love with this dishwasher. It is so quiet, it cleans my cutlery to a new shine i never had and my pots are sparkling and dry. I would suggest if those that wrote bad reviews before check to make sure they are loading properly and arms are free to move. I will continue to refer samsung products to anyone I meet. A quality product for sure."
