Decent dock, lacking Samsung usual design quality. (When used with Galaxy S3)

I would recommend this to a friend!
"This dock works great, as long as you spend the extra time trying to line up the micro usb connector with the bottom of your phone. With no guides, it sometimes takes a few tries before it mates properly. Had the old galaxy s2 dock, and it guided my phone in perfectly every time. Disappointed that the S3 has no specific dock, and at night when I'm trying to get the phone in, I'm often fumbling with it until I can line it up just right. Once it's in, it works great, but feels a little flimsy on the connection. I expected more from Samsung."
Cons: Did not meet expectations

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"This dock works great on the night stand but offers no support on a PC. Both my Note and Note 2 would have their "docked" feature enabled, but the PC was unable to detect the phone."

Beautiful, but no syncing or improved audio

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Pros: Has beautiful design and the phone feels sturdy when it is in the dock. I also like how it brings up the clock, calendar and media controls on your phone so they're always available at a glance.
Cons: It doesn't support syncing which is something i was looking for. Also the audio jack is the same 3.5mm stereo-out jack that is on your phone already, so it doesn't provide improved audio. You will have more functionality by plugging your phone directly into your pc with the provided USB charger and then plugging the audio into the phone's audio jack."
Pros: Durable

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Due to the curved shape of the SIII, and the absence of matching guides or supports on this docking station, the only thing supporting the phone is the USB connector. Knock over the phone and you are likely to damage the connector, leaving you with a very expensive paperweight. It does not provide data access to the phone, only charging and audio output through the 3.5mm audio port. Compared to the engineering that went into the SIII, this thing is very disappointing. Certainly not worth the price."
