"This stove is AWESOME, it does everything I need and more. The options are endless with the removable oven divider, two convection fans, multiple burner options. Ever since we bought it I haven't stopped cooking, his co-workers are loving all the extra baked goods that show up at work! I can't think of a single thing I don't like about this stove, or anything that could make it better!"
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable

"I've had this range for oven 6 months now and it continues to impress. The oven heats quickly and evenly. The flexibility of this oven is amazing; reheating in the upper oven with the divider, to making a holiday meal at two different temperatures in both the upper and lower oven at once, to roasting a large turkey without the divider. The cooktop had great temperature control, although the 'Fast Boil' burner has taken some time to adjust."

"I got this range 5 months ago and I love it! Most things I cook are smaller so I am only heating up half the oven faster. As for the double oven part - I only used the divider 3 times but loved that fact that it was an option."

"I love this range! I looked at a lot of different brands and chose this one because of the flex duo oven. This is so much better than other double-oven ranges because you don't have to bend all the way to the floor to take your big turkey out of the bigger oven! Also, this is my second convection range and this one is much quieter than my first. The oven and elements heat super fast. The choices of pot sizes on two of the elements are excellent. It is very easy to use. It's a bit difficult to keep the black top clean (as with all others) but a swipe with a paper towel takes care of it. And it even has a warming drawer and steam-clean. I'm very glad I chose this one!"
Pros: Bright display, stylish, excellent technology

"Overall satisfaction is good. Had issues with the partition. When baking, the partition would move and disconnect causing the oven to turn off. Called Samsung and a technician checked out the problem. He ordered a new switch (re-designed), installed and the problem was corrected. One other issue is the inconvenience with re-setting oven temperature in convection mode. There is no way to change the oven temperature setting without out cancelling the operation and re-entering a different temperature."

"I was going to purchase the range with the proofing feature but the store didn't have it in stock so I got this one instead. I'm glad I did. I am just amazed at the defrost function! I didn't think I would use this feature as I am used to defrosting everything in the microwave. However, I decided to try it and it defrosts just the same as if at room temperature. You can lift your dish out of the oven to check on the progress with your bare hand and the meat or whatever does not get hot or cook like in the microwave. Awesome! I cooked with the divider in twice so far & both times everything came out fine. I like that there is a duel oven if you need it and the bottom one is not down on the floor like some with 2 doors on them. The touch pad works fine. I do however find the top a little more difficult to clean than my last smooth top. The only reason I didn't give top ratings is that I haven't had it long enough to try lots of different cookings combinations, but I expect it will be good."

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Bought this as I wanted convection and dual oven capabilities with the option of using as a regular size oven. That is where the great ends. Oven temps are often 50 plus degrees higher than selected, can not do two separate temps...example, turkey in bottom oven at 325 and needing to bake biscuits in upper at 450. Salespeople need to be better educated on the limited capabilities of this range."

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"I ve had my range since May. I ve only had problems with it. I cannot use the two ovens at the same time cause in the middle of cooking the oven turns off. As well, even when I use only one oven, in the middle of the cooking it turns off by itself. I had it fixed but the problem is persisting. I keep getting a message that is not in the guide book and no one seems to know what it stands for. My oven keeps on turning off without warning and my food doesn't get done."

Cons: Poor quality

"A beautiful, solid looking oven where the "bake" function ceased to operate after 18 months of regular 2-person family use. The quote to repair the oven is hundreds of dollars, we will replace this oven instead. Too bad as I loved the quick boil, the warming drawer and warming element on the back."

"pros: good looking design, plenty of features
cons: low performance oven, it takes more then twice the time to cook a roast, chicken or just a loaf of bread
when oven is running too much steam accumulates and drips around the second knob from the right
when i initially got the range, the oven was not working because the divider button was stuck inside, so i had to call service technician to fix it"

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Although the flexibility of using the divider for a smaller oven or a larger oven or removing it for a really big oven is great this stove has many downfalls. The ceran top and stainless steel sides & front are much harder to clean & keep clean than my previous (ceran & stainless steel) stove. There is only one light to tell you that the ceran surface is hot (as opposed to my last stove that had four - indicating specifically which burner surface was hot - not just that some area of the stove top is hot). It's absolutely useless at broiling. Unlike other convection ovens it does NOT bake evenly (my shortbread came out with areas that were too dark & others that were still very pale). None of the elements are good for simmering. The steam (which vents from the convection oven) comes out just below one of the burner controls (knob) which makes me nervous re: how good is this for the electrical/parts in that area (hopefully it's safe). The first stove that was delivered had to be taken back because the divider panel in the oven wouldn't stay fully inserted in place & kept turning the oven off & giving a warning message (the second one is fine that way). The vents in the oven door are on the top of the door and after only a few months I managed to spill something on the top of the door (which quickly proceeded to run inside between the two glass panes, making a nice drip mark along one of the panes). Overall I'm very disappointed - I would not recommend buying this stove."

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"-Clock will not set properly.
-Warming element does not hold temp. It heats up to required temp then starts cooling down. Can't keep tea,gravy/soup,plated food warm very long.
-Panel is not user friendly. Also need to press very hard on pad for it to register.
-Upper oven does not cook well. The bottoms of pies/pizza do not bake properly, they remain soggy.
-Black glass top stains easily, even boiled water needs to be scrubbed w/cleaning product.
Can't comment on other features, not used yet."
