"After my Samsung Blu-Ray player stopped working, I shipped it back to a repair depot for service. I was contacted promptly upon receipt of the drive and advised that it was not repairable and would be replaced. The original replacement offered was out of stock so I received the HT-D6530 system in its place. A significant upgrade from what I had originally purchased! The system arrived when promised and works great. The annoying bugs (wi-fi not staying connected, slow load times for internet apps and DVD's) that were present on the original drive have been fixed. This system works great, the interface is clean and intuitive and the sound and picture are excellent."

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"From a sound and image perspective, this product totally satisfies. Unfortunately, there's no head-phone jack. The sound calibration input jack (used once over the lifetime of the product) takes the available slot in the front panel. The other thing I find (censored) is the built-in software and the smart hub feature. It's buggy like (censored) and quite difficult to use and navigate. Examples: 1) Playing music: there's no way to play all the content of a USB drive - instead you have to navigate to individually folders and then select there. Also the order shown is not the order played. 2) Picasa app: (now this one may or may not be on Samsung, but they have the control to fix it) Imagine that after taking the better part of an hour to register/enter web site credentials and passwords, your surprise when starting the slide show: tiny pics not much larger than stamps in the middle of the screen."
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: music player not user friendly, picasa slide show not full screen size, no head-phone jack
