"We use our washer regularly and love the ease of use. Also, the clothes come out almost dry and I barely have to iron. With our old top load washer, clothes went into the dryer wrinkled and came out wrinkled."

"It's my second machine (first one was left @ a house we sold) and we are very happy with it. I read a lot of complaints about washing machine starting to stink and it's a very common problem with Front load machines, because they are airtight and any water left in the unit can become stale and moldy and that will create a bad smell problem. All you need to do is wipe the water of the glass on the door so it doesn't drip of the floor and leave the door slightly open so that the air can circulate in the machine and you won't have any problems."
Pros: quiet low vibration
Cons: needs a spin only cycle

"The washer is like most front load washer nothing that really stands out but I do like the design and it is very quiet operating, unlike the top load I had. Couple of thing that I didnt like about the washer is with bigger loads like bed sheets it takes 2 washes to get it clean, maybe I have to reduce my load by cutting my sheets in half! The other problem I had was cleaning the filter on the bottom, when I unscrew the filter, water came out into the drawer below, not alot about a small cup that still require wiping up, so dont put anything that cant get wet in the drawer. Over all for your average wash it does its job and we do use it alot!
Paying well over $2,500.00 after everything (washer & dryer) was hoping these machine will be completely problem free!"

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
"Samsung knows there is a problem though they don't call it a problem because they provide specific instructions on how to stop your front loader washing machine from stinking...they even say that this doesn't happen to top loading machines.
Do not buy."

"After 6 months the machine stinks. Read the other reviews on other sites...they all say the same thing...great machine until it starts to stink and then the stink never goes away...
terrible...I am going to have to buy a brand new machine less then a year....I don't want my cloths stinking..."
