"My first MP3 was a Samsung which was bought in 2006. Love it. Only upgrading because the battery is not holding the charge as long as it used to and it is only a 2G but it still works well. Boy did I hit the jackpot with this new one. I just love everything about it. Very easy to use. Everyone that I know has a fruit product and do nothing but complain about them. They are very surprised by my Samsung and all of its features.
I have been using Samsung phones for years as well and would not change them for anything else.
Love yr products so much that I just bought my daughter a Samsung Laptop today."

I would recommend this to a friend!
"I've had mp3 players and "granny smith" devices...then I got this Galaxy player. I'm so impressed with this little gadget! So much more than an mp3 player! I use it for Skype all the time so even though it's only wifi capable, if someone needs to make calls...Skype is always available on this. And with the front facing camera, Skype video chatting is easier than my laptop! It's got bluetooth so linking it to my laptop to transfer music, pics or files is totally simple and easy...no usb cable required. Apps download so easy from the google play store. My sons wanted Angry Birds, of course, and they play it all the time and the battery seems to hold up pretty well, gets a little warm but that's after more than an hour of play. With the document options in the Think Free Office and MyFiles it's like a mini computer! I put google cloud on mine, installed a cloud print app from the google play store (for free) and now i can link the player to a computer with a wireless printer and print whatever i need printed from where ever i am through google chrome cloud! Very easy to bookmark websites and put a widget on the homescreen. It comes with things like facebook, gmail and youtube already pre-installed. It's just overall a great investment for anyone! Honestly, after having this for only 3 months, I'd be lost without it now! I got mine then bought one for my husband...who is not electronically inclined and even he loves it. I think he uses his more than I use mine!
If I had to complain about something it'd be that I can't find a wristlet on the market available for this yet. There are covers and pouches but I'm looking for something similar to a wallet with a wrist strap. And although I've accidentally dropped it a few times already, so far it's held up to my dropsies. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this to anyone! And compared to the price of some tablets and other fruits on the market, this is definitely quite a bargain for what all comes packed into this little wonder."

"This is a fantastic quality product. There is so much features that it will take a 100 pages book to describe.all of them considering the Android market apps. A full fledged Android computer, two cameras, FM tuner, 4 inches beautiful screen, two speakers, wi-fi, microSd slot, multiple multimedia support formats The list goes on and on. It beat an Ipod hands down and the price make it a fantastic value. Just wish for a longer battery life but considering the amount of time you are going to play with this device, time fly so it is a minor gripe."

"My Fiancee is not what you would call a lover of technology, She used to have a mp3 player from that big fruit brand and well she was always frustrated with it. The software for loading music was cumbersome and confusing and the device itself often froze on her. So I decided to to a little research to see what was out there as an alternative, I was very excited when I saw that Samsung had released this product. It has worked flawlessly right out of the box and now there is no need to reformat music files or mess around with silly settings. My fiancee had the device loaded up with music and charging in under 10 minutes. And when she isn't looking I play with it as well the interface is fantastic and intuitive. as an added bonus you can expand the memory with a micro sd card up to 32 gigs more.
To me this is the best device by FAR on the market, that fruit company has some catching up to do."
